Brenda Vanessa Dacres, OBE, having been created Baroness Dacres of Lewisham, of Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Kennedy of Southwark and Baroness Kennedy of Cradley, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
