Peter Charles John, OBE, having been created Baron John of Southwark, of Pattiswick in the County of Essex, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Kennedy of Southwark and Baroness Smith of Basildon, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
